Privacy Policy

What we collect

We only collect what we need to take your booking:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to give it
• Your stay details: property, room type, dates and number of guests

The app and website do not ask for your location, contacts, photos or files, and do not take card or bank payments — you pay at the property. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To make and manage your reservation
• To contact you about your stay (for example to confirm, change or help with it)
• To keep the guest records hotels are required to keep under Indian law

We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

• Our property managers, who receive a WhatsApp alert with your booking details so your room is ready.
• Innloop Technologies, which provides the reservation system (innLoop) that stores bookings for us. They process it only on our behalf.
• Government authorities, only where the law requires it.

How it is protected and how long we keep it

Your details are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in our reservation system, which only our staff can access with their own logins. We keep booking records for as long as needed for the stay and for our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information at any time (except what we must keep by law). Email trv@ramsguesthouse.com or WhatsApp +91 9422300047 with the name and phone number used for the booking, and we will reply within 7 days.

Children

Bookings must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
